We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short retention period.

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, name, and the content of your message) is stored by us to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We do not share this data without your consent.

5. Data retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations, and delete it afterwards.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the provider's servers. Where the provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

This website is designed to work without tracking. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.

We aim to keep all published information accurate and up to date. Results shown in case studies reflect specific client projects and do not guarantee comparable outcomes for other projects.

2. Client references and testimonials

Client names, statements, and project results are published only with the client's consent. On request of a client, references are corrected or removed without undue delay.

3. Corrections

If you believe any content on this site is inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact us at info@hanseris.com and we will review and, where appropriate, correct or remove it promptly (§ 7 ff. DDG).
